Momentum
Maxwell's Wheel 2-D Collision Kit
Maxwell's Wheel
This classic device is used to demonstrate the conservation of the mechanical energy.  When the wheel is rotated by hand to the top and released, its potential energy will turn into kinetic energy (rotation) as it falls. After the wheel reaches its bottom position, the kinetic energy will change back to potential energy when it moves up again.  This process will continue until the energy is lost due to friction. All metal.  18" x 2" x 5".  Instruction Manual included.
  No. SF532-MW.  Only $39.95
2-D Collision Kit
Designed for the study of momentum and kinetic energy in elastic and inelastic collisions.  Includes a curved aluminum tack, two steel balls, a glass ball, a hollow wood ball and a plumb bob.  Features a built-in table clamp for easy installation.  10" x 9" x 2.25"  Comes with Instruction Manual
  No. SF532-CK. Only $14.95
