see with the human eye. Student examine a variety of objects, such
as tiny bits of food, air, pollen and flakes of dried skin. The are
introduced to yeast, fungi, and protozoa. Inorganic materials have
not been ignored. Such diverse materials as common household dust and the
crystal structure of minerals are also explored.
