Specific Gravity and Displacement
Density Determination Cylinder
Inset at left.  This cylinder measure 75mm long and has a diameter of 25mm.  Made of aluminum and comes with hook.
  No. SF232-DD.  Only $4.95
Density Cylinder Set
Used to prove the inverse relationship between density and size.  The set consists of machine turned cylinders, each is 15mm in diameter and has 100 grams of weight.  Five metals: aluminum, brass, copper, iron, lead and zinc.
  No. SF232-CD.  Only $17.95

Density Cylinder Sets
The above cylinders all have the same weight (mass), but change in volume.  These sets all have the same volume, but different metals cause them to change in weight.
50mm Density Cylinders Set

50mm x 13mm diameter.  Aluminum, brass, copper and steel.
  No. SF232-C4. Only $10.95
30mm Density Cylinders Set
30mm x 10mm dia.  Aluminum, brass, cooper, iron, lead and zinc.
  No. SF232-C6.  Only $8.95
Specific Gravity Blocks with Hooks
Carefully machined to 32mm per side.  Comes with brass hook

SF232-K6.  Only $10.75

Aluminum Overflow Can
Shown at left.  Angled spout drains all displaced water for high accuracy.  12.5cm high x 8cm diameter.  450ml capacity.
  No. SF232-CA. Only $6.95
Transparent Overflow Can
Shown at right.  Light weight, clear plastic can with an angled spout to prevent spillback. Easy viewing from all angels.  Single piece construction eliminates leaks. Use of accurate determination of volume, density and specific gravity.  4" x 3.5"
  No.  SF232-CT. Only $4.95
Archimedes Bucket and Cylinder
At left.  Deigned to demonstrate the Archimedes Principle - a body submerged in water loses weight equal to its own volume of water.  Consists of an aluminum cylinder and a bucket whose volume is equal.  Cylinder is 45mm x 19mm, 22mm capacity.. Bucket is 50mm x 25mm
  No. SF232-AA.  Only $11.95
Archimedes Principal Apparatus
Shown at right.  This new model has a much larger capacity (100 ml) than the traditional aluminum model shown at left.  This makes for higher accuracy and easier operation.  In addition, both the cylinder and the bucket have marked divisions which allows the experiment to be repeated with various volumes of water.  Made of white nylon and clear transparent plastic.  The unit is used with a 200g spring scale, an overflow can and a beaker.  Comes with activity manual.
  No. SF232-AB.  Only $14.95
